James (Jim) C. Miller

President/CEO of Duraclean Master Cleaners, Inc.
Jim has owned and operated the local office since 1985, serving El Paso County and South Central Colorado. Mr. Miller is certified by Duraclean International in carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning, and water and fire restoration. Mr. Miller?s qualifications also include certification in IICRC Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Color Restoration. Jim has over 700 hours of classroom training in mold remediation and safety training and over 20 years of practical field experience supervising restoration and remediation projects. These projects have ranged from small residential projects to large commercial projects.

Mr. Miller received the President?s Circle award 8 times from Duraclean International, the Franchise Achievement Award presented by the International Franchise Association and Duraclean?s prestigious Presidents Award. Jim also served a number of years on the Franchise Advisory board. He served two terms as a Board Member of the PCUCA, a ten state western regional trade association of cleaners and restorers and two years as its president. Jim regularly attends educational programs such as Connection Conference and Connections Convention and Restoration Industry Association and other industry meetings to keep abreast of industry trends. Matt Plowman

Operations Manager

Matt has been with Duraclean Master Cleaners, Inc. since 2002, starting in fire contents restoration. Matt holds IICRC Certification # 67596 in Carpet Cleaning, Repair and Installation, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and has attained the levels of Master Water Restorer, Applied Microbial Remediation Specialist, and Health and Safety Technician. He has successfully completed courses at the Hydro-Lab in Specialty Structural Drying and Concrete Drying and with Water Out Drying Corporation in Convection Drying of structures.
Mr. Plowman oversees all day-to-day operations, as well as emergency mitigation and mold remediation from first response to certification of the final dry standard. Matt was with the teams in Florida, 2004 and New Orleans 2005 and has mastered his skills in multi tasking, job prioritization and large loss drying and remediation.

Matt has been married to his beautiful wife, Stephanie, for 2 years. They have three children, Alexi, Tristan and Gabe. On most weekends, if the weather is good, you can find them camping and dirt biking in the mountains.

 

John Wiggins

Build-Back Supervisor

John is in his eighth year with Duraclean Master Cleaners, Inc. He is currently certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician and successfully completed the two day Mold Technician course developed by IOT and the two day Dynamic Structural Drying Course sponsored by Duraclean International. John leads teams in mold remediation, media blasting, and containment projects as well as water mitigation. He also oversees reconstruction work by Duraclean's subcontractors. He loves his job and puts satisfaction of a job well done as his highest motivation.

He loves martial arts, dirt biking and his first son, Mason, has recently entered the world.
